Room Rental Room Rentals are designed for established tattoo artists who operate independently and prefer full control over their schedule, pricing, and client flow while working in a professional studio environment. Rental artists retain 100% of their earnings and pay a flat weekly or monthly rental fee. There are no commission splits and no percentage increases, as this structure reflects full autonomy rather than a growth-based commission model. This position does not require full-time availability. Artists determine their own schedule, as long as they adhere to the shop's business hours and pace, maintain professional standards, comply with shop policies, and uphold the studio's integrity.

Walk-In Policy for Room Rental Artists Walk-ins and same-day availability requests are directed first to artists working under the 50/50 split structure. Room rental artists may receive walk-ins only when a client specifically requests them or when otherwise arranged.
