Appointment Policies
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS:
TATTOOS: For all tattoos a non-refundable deposit for appointments. Minimum deposit pricing will depend on how long your session is. Deposits must be paid with in 24 hours of your initial appointment. If it is not received within that timeframe your appointment will be cancelled Deposits WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PRICE OF THE TATTOO. Drawing deposits are by the discretion of the artist, and may be required for larger, more detailed pieces, this deposit will go towards your appointment deposit.
RESCHEDULES: We are aware that life sometimes throws us as curve ball, and we cannot always make our appointments and need to reschedule. Please give us at least a 12 hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. We will do our best to accommodate you as best as possible. We allow a 3 reschedule Max the are as follows:
APPOINTMENT TIME: If you are going to be running late PLEASE CALL US OR YOUR ARTIST ASAP! DO NOT EMAIL as we may not get the email in time. We work by time and schedules. If we have a booked day, and are running back to back on time, we may not be able to get to your piece that day.
If you are 15 minutes late or more, and do not call, we will consider you a no call no show, and you will have to reschedule your appointment. If you are late and we have to reschedule you more than 3 times all deposits will be lost.
CANCELLATIONS:
We do not refund deposits if you, the client cancels. Deposits are nonrefundable, as stated numerous times during the process of creating your appointment. We also have signage in the shop.
If, in the incredibly rare event, an artist cancels your deposit may be refunded. depending on the circumstances.
NO CALL/NO SHOW: If you do not call or do not show up at all for your allotted appointment time, you will lose any and all deposits and payments made, and will no longer be allowed to make appointments with any of our artists or practitioners in the future. You will be put on a walk in basis only. Unless there are dire circumstances (sickness, death etc) where you could not call or have someone call, we will no longer grant you any appointments.
DEPOSIT TIME FRAME:
We do not hold deposits.
Please understand we work on commission and we work on time frames, and many times we are booked back to back with appointments, communication is always very helpful if anything happens and you are late, or cannot make your appointment. This will ensure that our schedule does not affect others who are on time and/or able to make their appointments, this can also help us fill the time slot that may have been cancelled.
