Shop Policies
TATTOO AGE: The state of Rhode Island requires anyone getting tattooed must be at least the age of eighteen (18) with proper ID. The law states, as follows:
§ 11-9-15 Tattooing of minors. – (a) Every person who shall tattoo any minor under the age of eighteen (18), except in accordance with subsection (b) for medical purposes, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be imprisoned not exceeding one year or be fined not exceeding three hundred dollars ($300). For the purposes of this section, "tattooing" means the practice of marking the skin with indelible patterns or pictures by making punctures and inserting pigments. Nothing in this section shall be construed as prohibiting the removal of tattoo markings from the body of any person of whatsoever age.

IDENTIFICATION: In order to get tattooed in Rhode Island, you MUST have proper ID. We only accept the following:
We do not accept Student ID’s, birth certificates or anything which is not a government issued, photo Identification. Your ID will be printed on the waiver form you will be filling out, and will be held in our records, by law.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOL: We will not provide any services on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are clearly intoxicated you will be asked to leave the shop and return when you are sober, or not return at all. If you had made an appointment and left a deposit, and you are intoxicated you will lose your deposit and your appointment.
BEHAVIOR: Please be respectful to our artists and practitioners. We are here to give you the best experience possible. Any harassment, disrespect or threats of any kind will not be tolerated. You will be asked to leave and will be banned from the shop.
MINORS IN THE SHOP: We do not allow children under the age of 17 in the shop at any given time. Anyone under the age of 18 are NOT allowed in the tattoo areas. If you need to bring your children with you please plan accordingly as we are not babysitters, we are not responsible for your children. If have an appointment for any of our services, and you have no other adult to watch your child while you are getting work done, you will be required to reschedule your appointment, this will affect your deposit. Please review our appointment policies.
We also reserve the right to refuse any services at any time. However, If there are any issues and you feel you are being treated in a way that is not fair to you, please contact Rhiannon Or Crissie at 401-944-0880 and we will take care of the matter accordingly.
