Per the state of Rhode Island, you must be 18+ in order to be tattooed. With a valid government ID. NO exceptions.
 Unsupervised children are not allowed in the shop at any time.

We are on the bus line! From Providence (Kennedy Plaza) Bus 17 Dyer/Pocassett. Stop is at Stop& Shop/Phenix ave. We are about a mile up Phenix towards Cranston Street/Park ave on the right hand side.
